At IDOMAZE, we are committed to delivering safe, durable, and high-quality indoor playground equipment. Every product is manufactured using premium materials, advanced production technology, and strict quality control standards to ensure long-term performance.
Warranty Coverage
We provide a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use and proper installation.
1、 Steel Structure – 2 Years
Galvanized steel pipes, steel supports, stainless steel hardware and structural metal components.
2、 Plastic & Fiberglass Components – 2 Years
Slides, tunnels, climbing panels, playhouses, themed roofs, connectors and other LLDPE or fiberglass parts.
3、 Soft Play Components – 1 Year
Platforms, padded obstacles, wall padding, stairs, soft decorations, PVC-covered foam products, bridges and ball pit barriers.
4、 Accessories & Interactive Equipment – 1 Year
Trampolines, safety nets, clamps, webbing components, PVC pipes, electronic and pneumatic systems, motors and related accessories.
Spare Parts Included
Every turnkey playground project includes complimentary spare parts to support routine maintenance and minimize downtime. Customers can quickly replace commonly used components without waiting for new shipments.
Warranty Exclusions
The warranty does not cover:
1、Normal wear and tear
2、Improper installation or maintenance
3、Misuse, abuse, or unauthorized modifications
4、Freight and labor costs for replacement or repairs
5、Consumable items such as plastic balls and foam balls
